Shipping Method

New or Non Pall Account Customers with agreed standard shipping charges:

Shipping permitted within UK only.

Standard = £19.50 2-3 days
Express = £34.50 1-2 days
Subject to product availability

Existing Pall Account Customers with agreed shipment charges:

Standard delivery: The lead time applies to products we usually have on stock. For all other availabilities the delivery time is extended accordingly.

Orders where you choose standard delivery will be shipped via DHL Express, UPS (parcels) or one of our logistics partners (pallet).

Please refer to your order confirmation for expected delivery date and shipment cost.



Express Delivery: The lead time applies to products we usually have on stock. For all other availabilities the delivery time is extended accordingly.

For the express delivery of products that we cannot ship as a package due to their weight, volume or condition, we offer a special delivery service. Additional costs are to be expected. If an express delivery is desired, we will contact you after placing your order and discuss suitable shipping methods and their prices with you. If no contact is made by our customer service on the day of the order, please contact us via the yellow "Help" button or the contact persons you know. Larger orders may take longer to be shipped.
